This role focuses on streamlining logistics and operational workflows using advanced analytics and automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Power Automate to reduce manual tasks and improve throughput.Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time monitoring of logistics KPIs using Power BI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and automation goals.Ensure data integrity and governance across operational systems (e.g., SAP, Snowflake).Document and communicate findings, automation strategies, and performance improvements to stakeholders.QualificationsDegree in Data Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.10+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics or operations.Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL.Experience with operational analytics platforms and time-series data visualization.Strong understanding of automation principles and process improvement methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of machine learning or AI observability tools is a plus.EXFO is an equal opportunity employerDiversity is an asset that has made EXFO strong since its inception because it enriches us.
