We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee key organizational initiatives and ensure smooth execution across departments. The Project Manager will coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables for advocacy campaigns, community events, sponsorship projects, and marketing and operational programs nationwide.This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, liaise effectively between internal teams and external partners, and ensure that every project reflects B’nai Brith Canada’s values of integrity, action, and community impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring all timelines and milestones are metCoordinate logistics for national programs and events, including communications, sponsorship, and partner engagementTrack budgets, deliverables, and progress reports for ongoing initiativesWork closely with leadership to align project objectives with organizational strategyLiaise with external vendors, contractors, and community partners to ensure quality and timely deliveryPrepare internal updates, briefing notes, and post-project reports for senior management and stakeholdersIdentify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain clear lines of communication across teamsSupport the Operations Director in monitoring key initiatives such as fundraising campaigns, advocacy drives, and community programsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, communications, or a related field (PMP certification an asset)3–5 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in the nonprofit or community sectorExceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and written communication abilitiesProficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft 365 Suite)Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationshipsA collaborative spirit with a commitment to B’nai Brith Canada’s mission of promoting human rights and combating antisemitismAbout B’nai Brith CanadaB’nai Brith Canada is the country’s oldest human rights organization, celebrating 150 years of community service, advocacy, and humanitarian work.
