You’ll work alongside a product manager, front-end engineer, and back-end engineer, supported by a Principal Architect and the studio leadership team. You’ll have autonomy, clear ownership, and the chance to shape both the product and our technical foundations from day one.What You’ll DoLead development across the stack—from building backend APIs to delivering responsive front-end experiences.Collaborate closely with product and design to rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship MVPs.Make architectural decisions in partnership with our Principal Architect and define reusable patterns for future pods.Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews, tooling, and developer experience.Participate in user research, pilot programs, and post-launch refinement.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications, ideally in startup or venture environments.Strong proficiency in Python, particularly with modern frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
