They serve the construction and mining industries and operate in Eastern Canada.LocationThis position is based in our Oakville office.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and communicate financial results of projects to management.Build trust and credibility with the Operations team to enhance communication and cohesion within the organization.Develop and maintain budget and cost reports, including earned value analyses.Track project change orders and assist in developing projections.Support project team in developing project procedures.Promote continuous improvement and positive change within the organization.Utilize data, reports, and tools effectively for risk analysis and benchmarking.Assist with client billing and revenue collection.Collaborate with project and finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and project success.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in financial/data analysis or public accounting.Experience in the Construction Industry is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.Experience with SAP and PowerBI is a plus.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Team-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and adapting.Professionalism and high standards of work.Other RequirementsReliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work productively, meet deadlines, and follow instructions.Effective communication with supervisors and team members.Commitment to safety and adherence to policies.Availability to work during normal hours, with overtime and weekends as needed.We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, wellness programs, life insurance, disability, retirement plans with matching, and generous paid time off.We are committed to equal employment opportunity and diversity, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds.
