Flordeco is a Quebec-based company that has been constantly evolving for the past 15 years. Our goal is to offer a wide range of products as well as a turnkey service to meet our customers’ needs. We now have 38 stores across Quebec and one in New Brunswick. We specialize in floor coverings and home décor. We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position of Sales Consultant. Job Description Sales consultants are present in-store to share their expertise and provide guidance to help clients find the right materials for their specific needs. The ideal candidate is motivated to take on daily challenges and wishes to grow within our company. As a Sales Consultant, you will work closely with the Store Manager. Main Responsibilities Respond to customers’ specific and technical needs. Advise clients and make product recommendations. Take and process customer orders. Describe product features and benefits. Calculate required quantities based on project needs. Explain the steps and products needed to complete various projects. Assist with shipping and receiving merchandise. Support the manager in processing designers’ orders. Type of Employment : Full-time, Permanent Education Level : High school diploma Experience : 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related field Job Requirements Experience in design (an asset) Responsible and autonomous Dynamic and dedicated Strong focus on customer service quality Excellent sales and communication skills Detail-oriented Available to work a flexible 7-day schedule Salary : To be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
