As the successful candidate, you are driven, detail‑oriented, and passionate about the construction industry. You bring a track record of success working with a General Contractor on comparable projects and have hands‑on experience managing ground‑up builds, in the ICI and/or multi‑residential space. You thrive on challenge, take pride in achieving project milestones, and are committed to fostering strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and your project team.
