Montreal, Canada Bristol-Myers Squibb Full time

Working with Us Challenging. Meaningful. Life‑changing. Those aren’t words that are usually associated with a job. Working at Bristol Myers Squibb is anything but. Every day, either optimizing a production line or making a breakthrough in cell therapy, we transform the lives of patients and the careers of the people who do it. We’re looking for a Health System Partnership Manager to help us do this in Canada. Key Responsibilities Identify and remove barriers to health system access – map workflows, analyze data, engage clinicians and administrators, and create cross‑functional solutions such as redesigned referral pathways, digital platforms, new care models, or policy advocacy. Build strategic partnerships with HCPs, treatment centers and hospital leaders – consult, co‑create initiatives, host workshops and roundtables, and tailor solutions to real‑world constraints. Drive capacity building and burden reduction – launch pilot programs (virtual consultations, decentralized models), redesign workflows, automate routine tasks, and evaluate impact on providers and patients. Collaborate cross‑functionally – work with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Policy, Medical Affairs, Patient Support, and Legal to align partnership projects with strategy, scalability, and regulatory compliance. Manage and execute a portfolio of partnership initiatives – set clear deliverables, milestones, success metrics, allocate resources, manage risks, and maintain accountability for timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement. Communicate value – develop presentations, reports, and digital materials that show measurable improvements in efficiency, capacity, and patient outcomes to leaders, clinicians, policy makers, and internal teams. Share best practice and provide training – develop curricula, host workshops, curate resources, and foster a culture of continuous learning to scale successful projects. Continuous improvement – evaluate projects continuously through feedback loops, performance analytics, stakeholder input, synthesize insights, refine strategies and replicate interventions across regions and institutions. Qualifications University degree in life sciences, public health, health policy, business, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) is a significant asset. Minimum five years’ experience in health system partnerships, commercial operations, market access, or healthcare project management—ideally in biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven track record in developing and executing partnership projects with HCPs and institutions, and direct experience removing system barriers and leading capacity‑building initiatives. Success in cross‑functional collaboration and project leadership is essential, as is deep understanding of the Canadian and provincial health system landscapes and the challenges intrinsic to patient access and resource allocation. Benefits and Working Flexibility We offer competitive benefits, services, and programs that support work–life balance, including flexible working arrangements. BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct work – site‑essential, site‑by‑design, field‑based, or remote‑by‑design – based on the nature and responsibilities of the role. Equal Employment Opportunity BMS is dedicated to ensuring that people with disabilities can excel through a transparent recruitment process, reasonable workplace accommodations, and ongoing support in their roles. All qualified applicants, including those with arrest and conviction records, are eligible for employment pursuant to applicable laws.
