Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will be educating and offering Financial Products on behalf of one of the iconic Canadian brands. Here at Kognitive Sales Solutions, you have the ability to write your own paycheque with a competitive base wage and a great commission structure that allows you to increase your take-home pay each week.CompensationBase pay rate protection guarantee of $15.00/hr + commissionRole ResponsibilitiesEducate customers on the features and benefits of the credit cards within the store and kioskDrive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s productProvide expectational customer service ensuring customers have a great experienceFind creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the productBuild and maintain positive working relationships with store personnelMaintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer informationWe thank all applicants for their interest, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
