Located in the Tesla showroom, this temporary position focuses on delivering a cutting‑edge customer experience from showroom visit to vehicle delivery. You will serve as the first point of contact for walk‑in guests and the final ambassador at vehicle hand‑over, ensuring the Tesla journey feels groundbreaking. Responsibilities Engage walk‑in guests promptly and personally, opening conversation and making them feel welcomed. Build a personalized customer profile by conversing about their interests, intent, and purchase timeline. Inspire and educate guests—answer questions, curate tailored product experiences, and conduct demo drives and Full Self‑Driving demonstrations. Deliver engaging vehicle orientations, highlighting key features to build owner confidence and excitement. Support the sales pipeline by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high‑intent buyers. Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future owners. Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Passionate about Tesla’s mission and knowledgeable of industry trends and local incentives. Strong technical communication skills—able to explain business and technical concepts clearly. Team‑oriented, reliable, and organized with strong written and verbal communication. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment. Valid driver’s license required.
