New grads are welcome to apply What We Offer Flexible schedule – choose your hours and take control of your income Competitive compensation split $600 continuing education allowance every 12 months (available after 6 months of employment) In-house marketing team to design campaigns and social media strategies that grow your client base and keep your appointments full Mentorship and ongoing professional development opportunities Beautiful treatment rooms that are clean, serene, and fully furnished for a premium experience Supportive, collaborative team environment grounded in holistic, evidence-based care Paid team outings such as dinners, pilates classes, and yoga classes Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough naturopathic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based natural therapies such as nutritional counseling, supplementation, and lifestyle modification Educate clients on preventative health and sustainable wellness strategies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes Maintain accurate client records and ensure all charting is completed promptly Offer guidance on home care practices to support treatment plans Requirements Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from an accredited institution In good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) Passionate about holistic, integrative medicine and women’s health Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities Why Join Our Team?
