Under RISE with SAP, SAP allows customers to run their SAP S/4HANA and other applications in a managed private cloud environment across SAP’s own datacentres, third‑party IaaS vendors, or customers’ own datacentres. What you’ll do Ensure the execution of planned changes requested by customers is completed as per the activity schedule, tracking, and achieving service KPIs and SLAs. Execute critical customer service requests during special phases of the customer lifecycle immediately. Respond quickly during escalations, ensuring no service requests are impacted in the delivery phase and driving initiatives to improve customer operations. Analyse customer feedback on execution quality and implement changes in a structured, time‑bound manner. Drive feedback relevant to procedure and process with relevant teams, ensuring completion. Coordinate and orchestrate work between various teams, collaborating closely with units inside and outside Enterprise Cloud Service. Introduce continuous improvement initiatives to address customer pain points and enhance service delivery. Develop process improvement initiatives for daily operational activities. Streamline standard operating procedures by focusing on automation enhancements. What you bring Hands‑on experience in SAP Basis, lifecycle events (upgrades/updates), with added advantage for knowledge of SAP Cloud‑Connector and S4. Practical knowledge with SAP technologies such as SAP NetWeaver, Business Objects, SAP HANA, and SAP Sybase ASE. Experience with Managed/Hosting services or SAP Private/Public Cloud Operations/Support is preferred. Working knowledge of SAP Application Security, system copies, DB export‑import, disaster recovery strategy, and client administration. Experience with Linux pacemaker environments is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management. 5 to 6 years of experience as a Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant (ABAP and Java Basis Administration). Knowledge of Business Object products (BOBI, BODS, etc.). Experience in UNIX/Linux environments, HANA DB, and Sybase ASE databases. Basic knowledge of network and storage. Knowledge of products such as Content Server, Convergent Charging, MDM, GK Software, OpenText, SAP Cloud Connector, Tomcat, IDM, SCM Optimizer, SAP Mobile Platform, TREX, Business Connector. Cloud knowledge (e.g., experience in Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience working in an international environment with virtual teams. Capability in technical documentation and creation of knowledge‑based assets. Ability to continuously acquire new knowledge proactively and independently. Analytical and solution‑oriented thinking. Exposure to the ITIL framework is beneficial. Strong customer service focus with a customer‑first mindset. Compensation for this role ranges from CA$83,200 to CA$141,400 inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target.
