Product Marketing Lead NDT Global is a leading provider of ultra‑high‑tech diagnostic inspection solutions, offering advanced data analysis and integrity assessment services for energy‑sector infrastructure assets. This role focuses on developing the product marketing strategy and function across the NDT Global Group product portfolio. Purpose The goal of the Product Marketing Lead is to develop the product marketing strategy and function, including go‑to‑market framework, positioning, messaging, and enablement materials. Responsibilities Lead the framework and guidelines for crafting product positioning statements, naming, and messaging to ensure clarity and alignment with target buyer personas across all marketing channels. Accountable for overseeing the performance of product marketing KPIs, success metrics, and reporting. Ensure the product marketing team develops and releases first‑class sales enablement materials (product sheets, battle cards, presentations) to equip the sales team. Develop the framework and success metrics for go‑to‑market strategies across the NDT Global Group product portfolio. Execute quarterly market and competitor intelligence, using insights to refine marketing strategies, product positioning, and internal communication. Manage all marketing activities for product launches, including planning, execution, and post‑launch analysis to ensure successful market entry. Lead market segmentation and channel knowledge, leveraging different marketing channels and tactics to promote the product portfolio. Act as the product marketing function lead liaison, guiding the Product Marketing Specialist to ensure alignment on product marketing strategy between relevant teams. Education A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, with a focus on Product Marketing, or related education. Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in a product marketing position. At least 3 years in a lead role overseeing the product marketing function. Prior supervisory experience. Experience working in a technology B2B environment (preferred). Experience working in a global matrix organization (preferred). Proven experience in go‑to‑market execution and product launches. Proficient in market research and competitor analysis.
