If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning complex challenges into successful outcomes, we want to hear from youWhat You’ll DoTake ownership of projects from initial bid through to final deliveryPrepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipmentLead tender submissions and manage post-tender communicationsDevelop and manage construction schedules, contracts, and progress reportsOversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and specificationsCollaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to drive project successNegotiate revisions, manage subcontractors, and monitor job site performanceHandle job cost forecasting, billing, and financial reportingMaintain detailed project documentation and recordsAct as a key client liaison and support business development initiativesMentor junior staff and champion a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) cultureWhat You BringDegree in Engineering or a related field (EIT designation preferred)5+ years of project management and estimating experienceStrong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and contract documentationProficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, and construction documentationExcellent communication skills and a valid driver’s licenseFamiliarity with pipe, fittings, and flange standards is a plusDetail-oriented and highly organizedA natural relationship builder and communicatorProactive, self-motivated, and solution-focusedCommitted to high professional and ethical standardsAble to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentSalarySalary: $120K - $140k per annumWhat’s in it for you?Competitive base salary with performance bonus eligibility.RRSP plan contributions are based on service years.Annual Wellness Allowance to support your well-being.Flexible work schedule and professional development opportunities.Weekly learning sessions and 14 statutory holidays yearly.Comprehensive benefits program and growth opportunities with a family-owned company.How to ApplyJoin us and be a part of a project that makes a difference Apply now and take the next step in your career with Corwest Fabrications Ltd.Corwest does not accept and is not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited résumés from agencies.
