We’re on the lookout for a talented Backend Java Developer with SAP experience to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend solutions. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to craft innovative, enterprise-grade software that solves real-world problems and powers our most important projects. We’re looking for someone with Java experience, a background with development frameworks and third-party libraries, and a proven ability to deliver top-tier solutions in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Work directly with our clients to gather requirements, design and architect robust SAP solutions using our product, DocuFlow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality backend solutions in Java. Design, implement, and maintain Java-based backend systems and APIs. Optimize and enhance existing backend infrastructure for improved performance, stability and scalability. Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, maintaining high standards for code, technical documentation and deliverables. Work in an agile development environment. Stay current with industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions. Who You’ll Be Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years in a Backend Java role with solid understanding of J2EE technologies. Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). Experience with RESTful API design and implementation. Experience writing technical documentation and software architecture. Knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in an independent and collaborative work environment. Nice To Haves Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
