Sales Administrative Support Specialist

Your focus will be to support the Inside Sales Manager for the NAM region, assisting in achieving departmental KPIs, order management, and administrative support. Responsibilities Check coded orders to ensure all aspects have been treated properly before entry into the ERP system. Create data within the CRM platform for automated KPI values and departmental performance insight. Flag freight issues and support the action for resolutions. Manage account creation, modification, and maintenance for customers and agents. Submit and communicate non‑material credits or concessions requested by sales and approved by management. Facilitate consolidated return of material from State‑side holding. Support creation of system documentation on an as‑needed basis to back up the sales team during peak business periods. Qualifications Comfortable with multiple technologies and proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF Exchange Editor) as well as CRM and ERP systems. Strong time and task management skills. Advanced communication skills across email, phone, video conference, etc. Driven and proactive, identifying problems and bringing them to management.
