OverviewAs a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you\'re proud of it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.ResponsibilitiesEngage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find exactly what they are looking for.Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.Collaborate with the team to get the job done.Adhere to AEO\'s policies & procedures with integrity.QualificationsYou love interacting with people and bring energy to a fast-paced environment.Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.You love AE and Aerie products.Retail experience preferred.At least 18 years of age.Benefits and Perks40% off AE & Aerie products year-round (plus additional seasonal discounts).Store contests and opportunities for development and potential career advancement.About UsAmerican Eagle is a leading American jeans and apparel brand, the go-to destination for casual style, embraced by generations of youth since 1977.
