The Sales Lead will assist in driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role involves engaging and supporting team members, training new hires, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals. Additional responsibilities include executing visual merchandising standards and providing guidance to ensure team success. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and collaborate with team members. Customer Service and Sales skills to ensure exceptional shopping experiences and meet sales goals. Proficiency in Training and Sales Management to support team development and oversee operations when required. Leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for the fashion and retail industry. Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
