OverviewFlyXcite is a rapidly growing private charter company. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Charter Sales Account Manager. At FlyXcite, we strive to provide our clients with peace of mind by taking care of every aspect of their charter flight needs. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service from lead generation to post-flight. This role requires a balance of sales activities and operational excellence.PLEASE NOTE: This role is full-time at our office in Vittoria, ON. This is NOT a hybrid or remote position.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain client relationshipsAssist with flight planning, including itinerary coordination, catering arrangements, and ground transportationCollaborate with partners, including aircraft operators and service providers, ensuring a high level of serviceIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networkingNegotiate terms and contractsCharter Sales Account Managers will be provided with training, tools, and opportunities to grow professionally. You will begin in a training and administration role to learn all aspects of the industry. This training will help you develop skills to separate you from the competition. As you become more knowledgeable and confident, you will begin to pursue your own clients and successfully manage their needs. You will handle every aspect of your own accounts and act as the lead contact regarding their 24/7/365 aviation and travel needs.You will receive a bi-weekly salary throughout your training, providing you with the time and opportunity to acquire the essential knowledge of the industry and skills for success in your role. As you build your client base you will transition to a fully commission-based model with no earnings cap once your commissions surpass the training salary. This structure puts you in control of your income and ensures your hard work is directly reflected in your earnings.QualificationsPrevious sales experience an asset, preferably in the aviation or travel industryStrong business mindsetExceptional attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and results-orientedDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationshipsStrong negotiation and contract management skillsFamiliarity with aviation regulations and industry practices is an asset, but not mandatoryProficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales toolsJoin our team at FlyXcite and be part of a company that values excellence and customer satisfaction.
