Manager – National Bank Insurance National Bank of Canada is seeking a Manager for the National Bank Insurance team. This role involves acting as an expert and manager for a team of insurance and customer service advisors, positively impacting the organization through coaching, experience in insurance brokerage, and product and regulatory knowledge of insurance. Responsibilities Coach and align a team of advisors to meet the insurance needs of National Bank Insurance's unassigned clients. Set growth targets and activities for clients under your management. Act as a designated representative with Canadian regulators for the various National Bank insurance firms. Support the Compliance and regulatory team in creating and implementing oversight mechanisms for individual insurance brokerage activities across Canada. Manage complex life and health insurance files as a subject matter expert. Lead a small team of three colleagues and report to the Associate Vice‑President. Promote continuous employee development and internal mobility by providing tailored training programs. Qualifications College diploma, bachelor's or master's degree. In‑depth experience in individual insurance distribution and brokerage. A financial security licence from all Canadian regulators. A strong track record in insurance product distribution and regulatory support in the Canadian insurance industry. Availability to participate in cross‑sector committees and projects.
