Senior Project Manager – Urban Earthwork (Infrastructure) As an experienced Senior Project Manager in the Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction, you will play a key role at the heart of the Urban Earthworks business unit. Leading large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects that can exceed $200 million, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engineers, contractors, and customers to ensure flawless execution of all projects. What you will do Grow and maintain strong relationships with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients to achieve the project goals and vision. Support your project‑management teams to develop and drive the construction schedule ensuring that completion dates and milestones are met. Apply your financial management experience to plan, manage, and respect project budgets, costs and associated purchasing. Share your knowledge and be a role model through mentorship opportunities with project team members. Be an expert in risk management to ensure any associated project risk is minimized. Take pride in compiling and completing company‑wide project reports. Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project. Qualifications A minimum of 10 + years of experience in Project Management in the construction industry. University degree or technology diploma in Engineering (or a combination of education and industry experience). Mastery of the French language at a professional level. Exceptional leadership, organizational, influential, and problem‑solving abilities. Strong knowledge of construction and project methodologies, financial management, building codes, and associated legislation. Champion and role model for quality and all health and safety best practices. Experience with scheduling software; P6 knowledge is a strong asset. Ready to build your career?
