What to Expect: As a Marketing Associate you will join our North York team supporting key brands in the development and execution of marketing plans. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Ice Cream. A day in the life: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and digital marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, market trends, and enhance brand visibility and engagement Support the analysis of consumer insights and market data to inform marketing strategies and initiatives on an ongoing basis and within the business planning cycle. Support prioritized innovation and renovation projects through the commercialization journey end-to-end, working closely with our local factory Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing programs and promotions. Coordinate and support marketing events, including product launches and trade shows. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and agency partners to ensure alignment with brand goals. Role Requirements A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration & presentations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Preferred Skills A proactive and resourceful approach, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
