In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.Job SummaryThe Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, which includes engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities including supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios. They develop and sustain local key relationships with lululemon Ambassadors and other relevant and influential community partners providing synergistic value. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
