We’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager GRS to support a defined portfolio of clients and intermediaries. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, delivering tailored retirement strategies, and collaborating across teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. Location: Calgary or Vancouver, BC What you’ll do Manage and support a portfolio of group retirement clients, focusing on satisfaction, retention and growth. Build trusted relationships with client contacts, pension committees, and intermediaries. Act as a client advocate, working with internal teams to deliver proactive solutions and service excellence. Participate in business‑development activities, including finalist presentations and showcasing our GRS offering. Analyze client data and trends to prepare reports and recommendations that support retirement goals. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely, accurate responses. Contribute to internal projects and initiatives, bringing the client perspective to continuous‑improvement efforts. Collaborate with Group Benefits colleagues to identify joint opportunities and enhance the overall client experience. Qualifications You have Group Retirement Savings experience—whether at a senior level or in a junior capacity with a strong foundation and desire to grow. You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder who enjoys solving problems and influencing outcomes. You’re comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable strategies. You’re located in Calgary or Vancouver, with the ability to travel within Western Canada as needed. You’re eager to grow your career in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.
