Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nuclear Project Director based in Pickering, ON. The Nuclear Project Director will oversee the successful execution of nuclear energy projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with energy policies and regulations, leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and addressing project challenges with innovative solutions. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess project performance, evaluate data, and make informed decisions. Knowledge of Energy Policy, regulations, and compliance standards pertaining to the energy sector. Experience in the Energy Industry, Nuclear Energy sector, or Renewable Energy projects. Proficiency in Energy Management practices and strategies to optimize project outcomes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and adhere to deadlines and budgets. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an asset. Familiarity with occupational safety standards and project risk management practices.
