You’ll manage cohort-based recruitment at scale – filling dozens or hundreds of roles at once while building trust with leaders through data, insights, and consistent delivery. If you can balance speed with strategy, process with people, and pivot without losing momentum, you’ll fit right in.In this role you will:Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple high-volume hiring cohortsMaintain pipelines with hundreds of active candidates across various stagesPartner with hiring leaders to understand evolving needs and adjust strategies in real-timeTrack and report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline healthIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our current recruitment workflowsDesign and implement scalable solutions that improve speed while maintaining a top candidate experienceTest new channels, screening methods, and automation that makes each hiring sprint smoother than the lastKeep hiring managers, operations teams, and leadership informed on hiring progressPivot quickly when business priorities shift, adjusting targets and timelines accordinglyCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs from offer to onboardingWhat you’ll bring:3+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring (100-150+ hires/year)Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing deadlines without sacrificing qualityStrong project management skills and comfort with ambiguityExperience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsA knack for solving complex problems while collaborating with business leaders to achieve common hiring goalsA keen eye for detail and strong organizational skillsBilingualism in French and English is a strong assetWho you are:Hungry, proactive, and resourceful – you get energized (not overwhelmed) by fast pace and constant changeCollaborative and values-driven – you share wins, challenge with care, and contribute to a high-performing recruiting cultureAdaptable – you thrive when change is constant and see pivots as opportunities, not blockersA relationship builder – you create meaningful connections with candidates and stakeholders that foster trust and support hitting your hiring targetsWhy Wealthsimple?🤑 Competitive salary📈 Retirement savings matching plan using Wealthsimple for Business🌴 Generous PTO offerings🌎 A wide variety of peer and company-led Employee Resource Groups (ie.
