Join our team.**Your role at Clorox:**As the Omni and Multicultural Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping how Clorox connects with Canadian consumers and shoppers across all touchpoints. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for translating deep shopper and consumer insights into compelling, frictionless brand experiences that span the full omni-channel journey—from digital discovery to in-store conversion. Your leadership will ensure our marketing strategies are not only insight-driven but also agile and responsive to the evolving retail landscape, enabling us to meet our consumers where they are and how they shop. In this role, you will be the strategic bridge between brand, customer, and commerce. You will bring brand strategies to life by ensuring a seamless, agnostic connection across all stages of the shopper journey, driving conversion and loyalty through integrated marketing and e-commerce activations.**In this role, you will:*** **Strategic Leadership**: Drive omni-channel strategies that align with business objectives and fuel brand growth.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with teams to deliver integrated marketing plans that resonate at every shopper touchpoint.* **Shopper Insights**: Leverage advanced data to design merchandising programs and activation plans that influence behavior in-store and online.* **Innovation Launches**: Lead compelling go-to-market activations for new products across digital and physical channels.* **Continuous Improvement**: Champion innovation, efficiency, and flawless execution with internal teams and external agencies.**Multicultural Strategy*** Develop and lead multicultural marketing strategies across Clorox brands.* Create culturally resonant campaigns that connect authentically with diverse audiences.* Monitor and optimize performance using cultural insights and analytics.**Customer Connectivity*** Act as the bridge between Omni Marketing and retail partners.* Build strong relationships with key customers to align joint business plans.* Oversee retail initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality execution.* Continuously evaluate campaign performance to refine future initiatives.### ### #LI-Hybrid**What we look for:****Years and Type of Experience**:10+ years experience with proven related experience leading a Shopper Marketing Team in CPG**Skills and Abilities:*** Proven experience in omni-channel and shopper marketing, with a strong track record of driving successful retail initiatives.* Deep understanding of shopper insights and their application in marketing strategy development.* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.* Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis* Commercial awareness and strategic mindset**Education Level/Degree**:* Business qualification (BA/ MBA/ BComm) or BS with focus on Communication or Marketing or equivalent working experience.**Workplace type:**Hybrid**Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
