Job Summary This individual is responsible for the maintenance, development, and enhancement of financial and product-related reporting as well as financial database management. Customer-focused interaction with Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing Operations is essential for success in this position. Key Accountabilities Provide support with month-end, forecast and budget reporting. Investment/Project Analysis. Update daily management reports. Assist with preparation and distribution of month-end reporting packages. Provide field support with ad hoc requests for analysis. Streamline financial reports (process improvement). Support budget/business plan requirements (annually). Meet TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Possess a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. Have 2 to 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience. Possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Be proficient with MS Office products (including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint). Preferred Requirements Experience with SAP. Experience with Hyperion. Job Compensation Compensation: Up to $85k based on experience.
