About the Role We are looking for a Senior AI Visual Artist who is fluent in the latest generative technologies and deeply rooted in visual storytelling, artistic direction, and executional excellence. Responsibilities Interpret creative briefs and client requests to produce compelling AI‑generated image and video content. Use best‑in‑class tools such as Resleeve, Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, and Pika/Kaiber/Sora to develop campaign‑ready content. Build, train, and fine‑tune avatars, characters, and creative environments aligned with specific brand aesthetics. Lead or contribute to styling, art direction, moodboarding, and visual language development for projects. Polish outputs through post‑processing, retouching, color grading, and cinematic video editing. Stay ahead of generative AI trends, tools, and creative techniques to push boundaries and elevate the studio’s output. Maintain a high standard of visual taste, execution quality, and deadline delivery across multiple client projects. Must‑Have Qualifications 5+ years in visual arts, photography, art direction, or stylist roles (agency or freelance). Proven mastery of generative AI tools (e.g., Resleeve, Midjourney, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion). Experience in image and video refinement using tools like Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Topaz. A stunning portfolio showcasing creative direction, stylized AI avatars, fashion/editorial looks, cinematic visuals, and storytelling through visuals. Ability to independently lead projects, take feedback, and iterate rapidly to perfection. Strong sense of composition, lighting, visual identity, and cultural sensitivity. Comfortable presenting work to clients and collaborating in a fast‑paced creative environment. Big Pluses Background in fashion styling, photography, or commercial art direction. Experience in video editing and animation using AI/ML‑enhanced pipelines. Familiarity with avatar development, virtual influencer creation, or 3D environments. Utiliser les meilleurs outils du domaine : Resleeve, Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Pika, Kaiber, Sora, etc. Concevoir, entraîner et affiner des avatars, personnages et environnements visuels en cohérence avec des esthétiques de marque spécifiques. Contribuer activement au stylisme, à la direction artistique, à la création de moodboards et au développement du langage visuel des projets. Effectuer la post‑production : retouche, correction des couleurs, finition d’image et montage vidéo de style cinématographique. Se tenir à jour des tendances et des nouveaux outils en IA générative pour constamment repousser les limites créatives. Maintenir un haut standard de qualité visuelle, d’exécution et de respect des délais, sur plusieurs projets clients en simultané. Profil recherché Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en arts visuels, photographie, direction artistique ou stylisme (en agence ou à la pige). Maîtrise des outils de création IA (Resleeve, Midjourney, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Compétence en retouche et montage vidéo avec Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Topaz. Portfolio impressionnant démontrant direction artistique, avatars stylisés générés par IA, looks mode/éditoriaux, visuels cinématographiques et narration visuelle. Capacité à diriger un projet de manière autonome, intégrer rapidement les retours et peaufiner les livrables. Sens affûté de la composition, de l’éclairage, de l’identité visuelle et sensibilité aux nuances culturelles locales. À l’aise en présentation client et dans un environnement créatif à rythme soutenu. Atouts supplémentaires Expérience en stylisme mode, photographie ou direction artistique commerciale. Compétences en montage vidéo et animation avec pipelines améliorés par IA/ML. Connaissance de la création d’avatars, d’influenceurs virtuels ou d’environnements 3D.
