The IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining core systems, supporting internal users and external affiliates, and ensuring reliable performance across database services, operating systems, and network environments. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver with a clear communication style, able to multitask and effectively prioritize, and motivated to understand the full flow of how our systems connect and support each other. This role requires both technical proficiency and excellent customer service skills, as you will provide support and guidance to affiliates using our systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain database services, FTP services, and email services Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and enterprise systems Provide technical support and ongoing troubleshooting for users and systems Generate reports using Report Builder or similar tools Manage VM environments and network operations Assist with systems installations and upgrades Required Qualifications: Strong SQL experience and database understanding Experience with report generation programs (Report Builder or similar) Systems installation and configuration experience Operating systems knowledge (Windows/Linux) Understanding of database services, FTP, network operations, and email services Bonus Qualifications: Development experience in Delphi or Microsoft Visual Studio C++ (Classic) Web services or web development knowledge Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industries: Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Orenex Inc. by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Information Technology Support Specialist” roles.
