We value fast growth in a global market by excelling through quality, performance, and innovation, empowering our employees with trust, value, and respect, embracing diversity, and encouraging cross-functional collaboration and continuous learning.Job SummaryThe Sr. Sales Executive will lead commercial activities in Eastern Canada (Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec). In this position, you will contribute to our company goals and customer needs. You will be responsible for developing key customers, expanding the territory's customer base, developing customer relationships, and providing all-around support. You will use existing knowledge and continue to build familiarity with drug product development pipelines, including cell and gene therapy, vaccines, antibodies, and small molecules.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Manage commercial activities through customer-facing visits, presentations, phone calls and emails as appropriate in both English and French.Work with managers and executives to develop and execute territory sales plans.Extend and develop relationships with existing and potential customers in both English and French.Understand and communicate with customers technically in both English and French.Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Technical Support, and other internal teams.Attend tradeshows, association meetings, and networking events as necessary.Travel within the territory 50-60% of the time.Other projects or responsibilities may be required.Minimum Qualifications – Education And ExperienceBilingual in English and French Canadian.Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or related discipline.2+ years of related bioindustry experience developing, manufacturing, or using recombinant proteins.1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience in the life science industry.Must reside within approximately 40 minutes driving distance of Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC.Preferred Qualifications – Education And ExperienceMaster’s degree or higher in a related field.Broad technical understanding in the field of cell biology and molecular biology with the ability to describe the workflows related to antibody therapeutics as well as cell and gene therapeutics.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesDemonstrate ability to understand and apply scientific concepts in a sales process.Ability to explain and sell the technical aspects of ACROBiosystems’ portfolios.Dedication to providing great customer service.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and with teams.Passion to positively promote and drive success on company initiatives.Salary Range: CAD $55,000 to $70,000 DOE + commissionWork Location: Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC – Remote (driving distance)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at ACROBiosystems by 2xGet notified about new Senior Sales Executive jobs in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
