We celebrate the doers and the people who believe in themselves.Summary Of PositionTotal account management to achieve budgeted event targets with emphasis social event market segment and concerts.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupporting & Managing existing client base through answering inquiries in timely fashion and managing incoming event requestsAccurately produce and review all sales contracts, rate agreements, and banquet event ordersArrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients. Entertain clients in accordance with established company and estate policies and guidelines.Maintain client files and update information as and when needed in accordance with established departmental policies and proceduresFollow up with guests regularly during and after departure to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings.Overseeing setup, execution, & closing of eventsCustom designed menus/maps & signage to work within the brand imagingAssist with the execution of monthly themed, daily executed public food and wine pairing to ensure profitabilityAssisting with billing & accounts receivables for internal & private eventsResponsible for all non-retail inventory working within par stock providedAct as manager-on-duty and oversee staff and operationsBank deposits, coin orders, tillsUtilize organizational documents and support organizational systems to provide consistency in daily business operations. – I.e. floor plans, transfer sheets, etc.Any other duties assigned by estate managersQualificationsPost secondary EducationMinimum 2-3 years sales/customer service experienceProficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelProven ability to multitaskStrong math skillsProven experience building business relationshipsStrong problem solving & organizational skillsEffective oral and written communication skillsSound knowledge of wines would be an assetAbility to work on weekends.CompensationBudgeted Range – $50,013.00 - $64,722.00. The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
