We will teach you the technical aspects of financial planning, portfolio management, and client strategy while you focus on building relationships and driving business development.If you are driven, curious, and motivated to build strong client connections, this opportunity offers the mentorship, tools, and training to help you become a trusted wealth advisor.What You’ll DoIdentify and reach out to potential clients through networking and outreach (cold calling). Mainly cold calling at the first stage (first months) of your career.Research new business opportunities using industry tools and resources.Partner with senior advisors to develop tailored plans for retirement, investment, tax, and wealth transfer.Contribute to business development and client service initiatives.Support all aspects of the client process from portfolio design to long-term wealth strategies.Build and grow your advisory practice with the support of an experienced team.You’ll learn directly from top-performing advisors through shadowing, one-on-one coaching, and structured mentorship.
