OverviewButton Health is a forward‑thinking Canadian public primary care clinic delivering accessible comprehensive family medicine, walk‑in services, and a passion for leveraging technology to streamline workflows and empower physicians to focus on exceptional patient care.The RoleFull‑time or part‑time Family Physician to deliver primary care in our office and occasional walk‑in clinic. Our tech‑driven setup handles admin heavy lifting so you can dedicate more time to clinical excellence.Schedule: 5 days per week (37.5 hours)Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM (no after‑hours call)Compensation: $150 k–$420 kResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care to rostered and walk‑in patients, supported by AI‑summarized pre‑visit forms for quicker assessments.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions with tools that automate routine tasks.Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations in a streamlined, low‑admin environment.Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans, with AI assistance for documentation.Order and interpret diagnostic tests efficiently.Deliver preventive care and health education to diverse patient needs.Make specialist referrals as appropriate.Maintain accurate medical records in our intuitive EMR system, with outsourced billing ensuring smooth OHIP reimbursements.QualificationsCurrent registration in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).Active OHIP billing number.CCFP or FCFP designation (or equivalent).Current CMPA or equivalent medical liability coverage.Strong clinical and communication skills.Comfort working efficiently.Experience in family practice is an asset; new graduates, internationally trained physicians with Canadian licensing, or American board‑certified physicians are warmly encouraged to apply.BenefitsCompetitive Fee‑for‑service compensation with a transparent overhead split covering all overhead, marketing, EMR, UpToDate access, outsourced billing, AI tools, and all clinic ops without hidden fees.Clinic space fully equipped with free parking and seamless hybrid in‑office/virtual options.Tech‑driven workflow: AI‑powered notes, patient prep summaries, and a custom portal to slash admin time, letting you prioritize clinical care.Work‑life balance: No evenings, weekends, or on‑call duties unless desired.Growth opportunities: Professional development support and pathways to paid private clinics for career advancement.On‑site parking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
