Job Description CT Technologist or Combined Lab & X-Ray Technologist (CLXT) – Emergency Scanner Unit: Emergency Scanner Location: Vancouver & Kelowna Contract Length: Minimum 4 weeks (with opportunity to extend) Shifts: Nights (23:00–07:00), 4-on / 4-off rotation, with option to pick up extra shifts Compensation CT Tech: $48–52 / hr T4 | $58–60 / hr Incorporated CLXT: $45–47 / hr T4 | $52–56 / hr Incorporated Travel & Housing Accommodations and transportation provided Position Overview We are seeking CT Technologists and Combined Lab & X-Ray Technologists (CLXTs) to support Emergency Scanner teams Vancouver and Kelowna BC. These are high-volume hospital settings requiring strong technical expertise, adaptability, and the ability to work independently on the night shift rotation. Responsibilities Perform CT imaging procedures and / or combined lab & X-ray duties in emergency / acute care settings. Operate radiology equipment and ensure diagnostic quality imaging. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support emergency care. Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while ensuring patient safety. Document patient information, imaging results, and maintain accurate records. Provide compassionate and professional patient care in urgent / emergency environments. Qualifications CAMRT Certification (required). Minimum 1 year of CT experience in a hospital setting. Prior experience in high-volume hospital environments. BLS / CPR certification (current). Strong technical proficiency and ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Availability to work overnight shifts (4 on / 4 off rotation).
