What You’ll Do: Collect, analyze, and report financial data ensuring data accuracy and reporting in a timely manner. Compile and analyze data over time to forecast company trends and facilitate accurate production planning. Develop in-depth sales reports, margin analyses, key performance metrics, and related dashboards on a weekly/monthly/annual basis. Provide data and analytical support for presentations and business reviews. Evaluate third‑party data to determine best practices for company success. Forecasting financials for the future. Cost benefit analysis on potential projects. Present findings to Controller to address issues or opportunities proactively. Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support sales and global supply teams. As needed, assist the Controller or Finance Management with identifying business opportunities through analysis and interpretation of consumer, customer, and market data to support various company initiatives. Must comply with all Health and Safety, Food Safety, Bio Security, and Nature Fresh Policies and Procedures. What You Bring: Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. 2‑3 years work experience in data analytics, preferably in produce or consumer‑packaged goods. Talented researcher with experience analyzing business metrics and proposing business plans. Experience creating reports for trends using historical data. Excellent knowledge in MS Office; including BI and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables etc.) Knowledge/experience with accounting systems would be a definite asset. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute with a high level of accuracy. Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to collaborate and successfully work with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Good team player; able to work with minimal supervision and within a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding Company related matters. Must be available to work Monday through Friday with occasional coverage on Saturdays if needed. What To Expect: Works with minimal supervision during the day, but also communicates with different levels of employees such as management and teams across all facilities. Hours - Monday to Friday. Flexibility with work schedule required. Works closely with the Controller but works independently most of the time. High degree of confidentiality in regard to employee and company‑related matters. Commitment to continuous learning. Monday to Friday schedule. Required to work longer hours in peak season.
