Our team focuses mainly on the Microsoft 365 space, including Copilot, Purview SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and all the other solutions that live in that world. Projects range from migrating thousands of users to the cloud, to helping companies build their SharePoint Online meta‑tagging strategy, to rolling out Microsoft Copilot, to assisting clients in planning and executing their security roadmap. As a Consultant II You Will Provide support and guidance to clients around Adoption and Change Management, as well as Organizational Change Management Deliver training and workshops to clients Provide training on various Microsoft 365 solutions to clients and their end‑users Develop and deliver adoption plans Create materials, presentations, and documentation Drive new offering development Collaborate with technical consultants and architects on projects ranging from small to large Continuously learn and upskill in needed areas Bring ambition to the role, seeking growth and continuous career advancement What We’re Looking For Comfortable leading workshops and interfacing directly with clients Ability to develop professional PowerPoint and Word documents Expert or near‑expert level use of AI, specifically Copilot, to enhance productivity Obsessed with delivering promises on time and on budget Strong prioritization and time‑management skills Capability to be the primary point of contact for client‑facing engagements Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them to add value to clients What You Can Expect Freedom to work from another location—even an international destination—for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year Comprehensive benefits that support personal and professional wellbeing Core values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony that guide all interactions Join us today, your ambITious journey starts here.
