Contact Center Representative III, Small Business Bilingual/Trilingual Asian & English Language Salary: $47,200 - $66,600 CAD. Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada. Key Responsibilities and Requirements Must live within the footprint of the contact center. Hiring Bilingual/Trilingual Asian language & English language candidates. Shift bids: flexible to work within business hours 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight) Mon–Sun, including statutory holidays based on business needs. Start Date: Dec 15th, 2025. Training & Onboarding: In‑person training for 14 weeks and onboarding sessions at 3500 Steeles Ave E, Markham, Ontario for 12 weeks, with the last 2 weeks conducted remotely from home. Training is mandatory. Post‑training: hybrid model with required office attendance once or twice per month; model may change in the future based on business needs. Interview Process: We’ll reach out to candidates of interest to schedule an interview and communicate outcomes to all applicants by email or phone call. National Occupation Classification (NOC) Code: Banking, insurance and other financial clerks (NOC) 63102 – Financial sales representatives. Asian language testing will be conducted.
