Overview Join to apply for the TitleSAP PP Support Consultant role at Syntax México. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements (functional and technical requirements, information needs, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, documenting an accurate understanding of their requirements, and mapping them to SAP business processes. Provide recommendations for selecting appropriate SAP business processes to meet client requirements effectively. Functionality testing: apply testing methodologies and tools for unit, integration, system, regression, and dry-run testing. Design and develop test plans (objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for unit, integration, system, or acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Develop process models based on business requirements to determine information and process component completeness. Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and work under tight project deadlines. Provide support (break/fix, how-to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to associates or third parties, including international and fourth-level break/fix support. Deliver basic SAP end-user training. Collaborate closely with business decision makers and end users. Demonstrate strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
