Project CSSD-7864 Automate Support ID Firefighter ID Creation: analyze existing manual ID creation process and pain points. Design and configure automation workflows by leveraging SAP GRC or SAP Workflow tools. Validate automation logic and security compliance. Prepare documentation and support change management during rollout.
