Section & Schedule Section: LEC0101 (Online) Day(s): Monday Time(s): 6-9 Estimated Enrolment: 25 Sessional dates of appointment: January 5, 2026 – April 30, 2026 Salary SL1 – $19,641.40 per full course = $9,820.70 SL2 – $21,020.07 per full course = $10,510.03 SL2LT – $21,520.55 per full course = $10,760.28 SL3LT – $22,060.71 per full course = $11,030.36 Please note that if collective agreement rates vary from those listed here, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail. Duties All normal duties related to the design and teaching of an undergraduate credit course, including preparation and delivery of course content. Development, administration and marking of assignments, tests and exams. Calculation and submission of grades. Holding regular office hours. Supervising any teaching assistants assigned to the course, if applicable. Minimum Qualifications MA or MFA in creative writing. Evidence of teaching ability in creative writing.
