Job Summary Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Team Leader promotes a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading and inspiring a high‑performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through sales expertise and personalized service, building and maintaining meaningful long‑term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store.
