Accounts Payable Associate - ClubLink Corporate Office The Accounts Payable Associate will play a critical role in managing the company's financial obligations and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work effectively within a team, and excellent communication skills. The role works closely with internal departments and external vendors to provide smooth payable processes. Job Responsibilities Prepare invoices for payment, including matching invoices to purchase orders, verifying approvals, and posting entries. Handle supplier and club inquiries regarding accounts payable issues. Review and reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies. Perform miscellaneous filing, clerical, and other administrative duties as required. Qualifications Previous accounts payable experience is beneficial. Strong oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge of Dynamics preferred. Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Accounting education is preferred.
