Principales responsabilités Participer au développement et / ou à la configuration de solutions de centres de contact gérés et de CCaaS, qui comprendraient des composants liés à Cisco UCCE, Cisco CVP, Langage Naturel (NLU / NLP), Robot Conversationnel (IA – Chat / Bots vocaux), WFM, WFO et / ou IVR en libre-service, etc. Soutenu par des collègues, vous serez affecté à des projets et guidé pour livrer / migrer avec succès des solutions techniques. Vous participerez à des réunions, y compris celles des clients, des équipes internes et des partenaires externes. Participer à l'analyse fonctionnelle / technique, à la définition de la solution cible. Se tenir au courant des technologies émergentes et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie, des tendances du marché, en identifiant de manière proactive les opportunités d'amélioration, d'innovation et d'automatisation. Qualifications essentielles Connaissance des solutions de centres de contact ou des suites de produits dérivées d'un ou plusieurs des éditeurs suivants : Cisco UCCE (ICM Script Editor), CVP Call Studio, Genesys, NICE, AWS et / ou Google, ainsi que des CRM. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à s'adresser aux clients de manière à maintenir leur satisfaction tout au long du cycle de livraison du projet. Capacité à gérer plusieurs activités de livraison simultanément ainsi que les priorités. Baccalauréat en informatique, technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente. Expérience avérée de travail avec une grande variété de technologies logicielles et matérielles, et de solutions basées sur le cloud. Expérience dans la création de stratégies de routage d'appels dans Cisco ICM et Cisco CVP. Expérience dans les architectures de cloud computing, telles que IaaS, CCaaS, PaaS et SaaS, et expérience des technologies sans serveur. Anglais, parlé et écrit.
