Counsellor or Social Worker, Anywhere in Saskatchewan, Permanent Full Time, fully remote Must reside in Saskatchewan Summary: Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will be providing digital (video and/ telephone) counselling services for the TELUS health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in Saskatchewan. Here's How: Engage in solution-focused therapy, supporting a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns. Utilize a strength-based approach to empower clients throughout the change process. Address a variety of issues including risk, addiction, relationship difficulties, parenting, family conflict, grief, aging, depression, and anxiety. Deliver exceptional clinical services while embracing the TELUS Health culture of continuous learning. Efficiently manage administrative requirements in accordance with the client's EAP model. Effectively manage intake processes, conduct thorough assessments, and develop effective treatment plans. Work independently within a shared office space alongside experienced clinicians.
