Through our in-person studios and online platform, we connect today’s generation with a modern therapy experience.We’re looking to add a part-time Studio Coordinator to our DiveThru Crew. We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of mental health and is excited to put their administrative experience to good useWhat you’ll get by joining our team:Automatic annual pay increases to recognize your continued contribution and growth in the roleAbility to attend professional development and mental health related workshopsThe opportunity to be a part of a growing company with advancement as we continue to growAbility to participate in our Community Impact Program - a program that pays you to volunteer with your favorite charity once a quarter Your General ResponsibilitiesMonitor all front desk activities, bookings and inquiriesSupport clients with matching to their best-fitting therapistSupport clients with payment, direct billing, scheduling, and app featuresEnsure client forms are completed accurately and in a timely mannerContact clients who require follow up or remindersBe in regular communication with therapists and the studio team to ensure client booking, matching, and payment processes are going smoothlyStay up-to-date with studio updates and processes by attending team meetings or staying connected with the Studio Manager & Counselling LeadSupport with maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment Your SkillsExperience working in office administration, healthcare, or customer serviceInterest in learning more about and promoting mental healthStrong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and think on your feetThrives when working with people of diverse backgroundsAbility to maintain highly confidential correspondence, filing, and telephone communication Considered A PlusCertification in office or business administration studies or a healthcare-related fieldCompleted courses related to psychology or mental health (e.g. suicide intervention training) CompensationThe hourly rate for this role is $20/hour. Hours of workThis is a part-time role. We are looking for someone with flexible availability (including evenings and weekends). LocationThis role may be based out of any of our Edmonton based locations (Whyte Ave, Central Edmonton, Windermere).
