  • Reporting directly to the General Manager and Sales Manager, collaborating with our Operations and Sales teams, the Event Services Manager is the primary liaison to our clients and partners, while directing our events team on all aspects of their roles.

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

  • Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Responsible for client requirements
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Managing & scheduling part-time and temporary staff
  • Responding promptly to inquires
  • Following up with clients
  • Conducting site visits
  • Coordinating menus, floor plans, guest lists & suppliers
  • Preparing event orders
  • Liaising with the service partners
  • Basic marketing and social media
  • Preparing Reports
  • Supporting management in daily operation

Job Requirements:

  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Strong desire to achieve results & goals
  • Able to thrive in high pressure situations
  • Very well presented
  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management/Hospitality/Marketing a bonus but not essential
