Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.About the role:We're hiring a Senior Art Director to join our hybrid onsite team in Toronto working with a large financial client As a Senior Art Director, you will bring your conceptual creative skills to an in-house agency that is looking to create exceptional D2C and B2B experiences for the client and consumers.What you will be doing:Work as a leader on a creative and design team that’s producing a variety of materials for digital, social and print executionsDirect, review and execute brand initiatives producing beautiful and innovative static and video assets for paid media, .com, mobile & app, banners, social and other assetsResponsible for the full creative lifecycle from concept to executionPitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies to both internal and external stakeholdersOversee and manage the preparation of all finished files that will comply with the correct output specificationsStay up-to-date with industry trends (especially AI) and incorporate fresh ideas into our creative projectsAbility to articulate and pitch conceptual and directional choices to clientsReview and ensure all applicable creative aligns with brand’s guidelines and goals – providing consistency and quality in all outputsWhat you need to be great in this role:6-10 years of work experience that demonstrates impeccable craft and command of creative concepts, visual concepts, art direction and design across a variety of projects with an emphasis on digital but working knowledge of printDegree or equivalent in related fieldAdvertising agency experienceThe ability to take projects from concept to completion with a history of translating strategic thinking into compelling and creative ideasUnderstand how to work on a range of designs within brand guidelinesExpert in Adobe Creative Suite, including (at minimum) Illustrator, InDesign, interactive PDF and PhotoshopStrong knowledge of Microsoft PPT (video/motion experience is a plus)Deep knowledge & production experience with integrated and digital campaignsPersuasive communication and presentation skills with colleagues and clientsA desire to mentor younger art directors, designers, and other creativesProven success working in small and large, collaborative multi-functional teams across time zones and technologiesExperience in the world of creative finance is an assetAt the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $97,750.00 CAD to $109,250.00 CAD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
