RFP Coordinator Empowering lives, healing hearts, embracing future. The RFP Coordinator oversees and manages the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality proposals that align with our strategic business objectives and client requirements. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the RFP lifecycle, fostering clear communication and collaboration to meet client needs. The RFP Coordinator plays a critical role in securing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end RFP and proposal process, including development, coordination, and submission. Review and edit proposals for accuracy, clarity, and consistency; develop and manage project timelines for timely delivery. Prepare partner presentations and track all opportunities and statuses through the CRM. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, PSP, and Operations to gather necessary input. Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the RFP process. Write, edit, and refine proposal content to highlight the organization’s value proposition; tailor responses to address specific client needs and priorities. Identify opportunities for improvement to streamline processes and establish best practices; develop tools and resources to enhance efficiency and response quality. Ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP management or a similar role. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
