Job Description Job Description About Helio Urban Development We’re a design-build company specializing in small multi-unit developments (4-12 units) optimized for CMHC MLI Select. We build every project ourselves using standardized, modular designs—same floor plans, same heating loads, same simple residential HVAC systems. We need an HVAC engineer for occasional contract work as our projects scale. Clean, efficient HVAC design for straightforward residential buildings. (Mechanical) licensed in Nova Scotia + Certificate of Compliance 3+ years residential HVAC design experience Proficient with HVAC load calculation and design software Experience with energy efficiency requirements and heat pump systems Available for occasional 5-7 day turnarounds Major Bonus Multi-discipline capability : If you can also handle electrical, structural, or plumbing engineering, we have significantly more contract work available.
