Manager, Business Intelligence, Insights & Dashboards Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 Sector: Solutions technologiques Compensation: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD (Base salary; rest as described) Description du Poste This position reports to the Senior Manager, Global Security & Defence (GSD) Strategy, Planning & Execution (SPE). We are seeking a highly skilled Manager responsible for developing and maintaining the reporting ecosystem that supports executive decision‑making for cybersecurity programs. The role oversees creation of accurate and timely metrics, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as Power BI and other enterprise reporting platforms. The Manager will ensure data integrity, provide meaningful insights, and enable transparency across the portfolio. Job Description Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights, highlight trends, and support executive decision‑making. Partner with cross‑functional teams and portfolio leads to identify trends, opportunities, and thematic areas of review. Build strong relationships to influence and drive outcomes. Translate complex technical information into clear, concise narratives. Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across all materials. Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information, and adapt quickly in dynamic, ambiguous environments. Highly motivated, strategic thinker with proven ability to deliver results in dynamic, ambiguous environments. Job Requirements Proven experience engaging with senior executives and influencing at all organizational levels. Advanced Power Platform expertise (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps). Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, creating clear insights and narratives. Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and ability to pivot in fast‑paced settings. Comfortable managing ambiguity and reprioritizing timelines due to shifting objectives or business needs. University degree.
